Throckmorton County does not publish a local jail roster, and its prisoners may be held by another county. Start with Sheriff Glen Whitfield’s office to identify the physical custodian and request the local arrest or transport record. If Stephens County Jail housed the person, ask that jail for the admission and departure event. State-prison records belong to TDCJ, while parole review and release implementation use separate Board of Pardons and Paroles or Parole Division channels.

Ask the Throckmorton Sheriff which facility accepted the person, when transport occurred, and whether a later transfer was recorded. The Sheriff’s office is the right source for its own arrest report, transport log, booking referral, and receiving-facility information. It is not a substitute for the host jail’s departure record.
